Consulting and Recipe DevelopmentChef Nicole is a seasoned consultant working with local companies in LA as well as internationally. She works in recipe and Menu development for big brands, restaurants, wellness resorts, retreats and celebrity clients.
Some of her more impressive collaborations include working with Moby of Little Pine, private engagements for the prince of Indonesia, menu development and rollout for Bagus Jati Wellness Resorts in Bali and making her acclaimed love cake for Natiale Portman. She’s also developed recipes for brands such as Miyoko’s, GT’s kombucha, Lotus Foods, and Beyond Meat. |
